A How-To guide to posting pictures/videos

There are a couple different ways to do these. I will go over the main two.

Pictures- Find the picture online that you want to use. Right click and copy URL of the picture. You may need to go to details to find the URL. Once on the forums either click the button above the smileys that looks like a picture (4th from left). It will pop up a code that looks like this: [ img ] URL [ /img ]. Insert the URL where it says URL and voilah, done. You can also just type the code above which I think is a bit faster once you have it done. You will need to type it without the spaces.

Videos- While you can attach videos from multiple websites, Youtube will be the most predominant. Bring up the youtube video you want to embed. Copy the address from the address bar. Come to the forum thread you want to post it in. First tab above the smileys has a red circle with white letters that spell "Tube". Click that and it should look like this. [ youtube ] URL [ /youtube ]. You paste your URL to the video where it says URL and voilah you are finished. These codes shouldnt have spaces either.

If you want to use a websites "embed" code, you may have to try a couple different ones for it to work correctly on here. Look for the one that starts with "ahref"

If you have a picture on your computer you want to load on the forums, you need to host it somewhere. Hostings are complete free and popular ones are photobucket and imageshack
